All vegetables are cholesterol- friendly. Especially, choose dark, leafy green vegetables ( such as broccoli, kale, and spinach) and deep orange vegetables ( carrots, sweet potato, acorn and butternut squash). Fruit: fresh, frozen, canned, or dried, without added sugar.
